The Veterans were in Junior Cup action against Divion One leaders FC Phoenix. Their younger opponents raced to a 3-0 lead in the first 10 minutes, with Marvin Samuel being among the FC Phoenix scorers. Forest fought to get back into the tie, but failed to convert some good chances and conceded a further 2 goals before the break.

Again, scoring chances went begging after the break and were made to pay as Phoenix added a further 2 goals for a 7-0 victory.

This Sunday Forest are at home to Alexandra Park at Wadham Lodge, kick-off 12.00.

The Reserves were also in a 7 goals match. They were on the wrong end of a 4-3 scoreline against FC Boca. Forest scorers were Skirmantas Bulauka (2) and Tyrell Gansallo.

This Sunday they are away to FK Lokomotiv Thunder at Highgate Woods Sports Ground, kick-off 10.30.

The Ladies were amazingly in another 7 goal scoreline, but this was a big improvement. They only lost 4-3 to Wickford Town Reserves. Their first goals of the season saw them come so close to a first point. Britney Sita, Sandra Panfil and Ayesha Cevizli were on target for Forest.

This Sunday they travel to Hatfield Peverel for a 2.00 kick-off.
