Waltham Forest look to pick up their first win of the season this Saturday as Chingford-based West Essex visit Wadham Lodge Stadium.

The visitors have been in good form early this season, and show no signs of ‘Second Season Syndrome’, having beaten Sawbridgeworth 3-1 in the league, and 3-0 in their debut FA Cup match. They have also drawn 2-2 with Sporting Bengal United.

The two sides met on three occasions last season, with Forest coming out victorious in all three. A 4-1 Essex Senior Cup victory kicked things off, followed by 1-0 and 3-0 league wins.

Forest will be without Nana Yiadom and Muhammadu Faal who have both moved up to sign for Dulwich Hamlet, but will be looking to build on last Saturday’s draw against FC Romania.

Kick off is 3PM at Wadham Lodge.
